DIMS

Checking customers, companies and goods

DIMS gives a bank, insurer, notary or platform the answer to its question, plus proof that the question was asked and answered properly. The document itself stays with the customer.

One proof layer, four uses

KYC

Onboarding customers

Onboarding with the wallet the customer already has. Screening for sanctions and politically exposed persons, a four-eyes review in which the system enforces that maker and checker differ, and a daily check that reports only new hits.

KYB

Knowing who you do business with

A company's Chamber of Commerce profile, the sealed company and UBO extracts with a check of the PKIoverheid seal, and the ultimate owners in one view. DIMS keeps the facts, not the document.

KYG

Knowing what you trade

A provenance passport for goods, screened against export rules for dual-use, sanctions regulations, EUDR and CBAM. The outcome is recorded, also when it is clean.

Wallet

On top of the official wallet

DIMS requests data from the official EU wallet through OpenID4VP and uses selective disclosure to share only what is needed. Anyone who prefers not to depend on Apple or Google uses the web wallet.

Who it is for

Banks and other institutions under anti-money-laundering law, insurers, notaries, rental platforms and sellers with an age limit. And traders who must show where their goods come from.
